What your studio rental Includes

Studio Rules:

• Booking time includes setup and cleanup. Overtime and cleaning fees apply.
• Please leave the studio as you found it.
• Do not drag furniture or equipment across the floor or cyc wall.
• Please avoid unnecessary walking on the cyc wall. Clean shoes only. Use the sticky mat before stepping onto the cyc.
• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, weapons, or open flames.
• No confetti, glitter, powder, smoke effects, body paint, food, drinks, or other messy materials without approval.
• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. No running, screaming, climbing, or rough play in the studio.
• Maximum 8 people in the studio unless approved in advance.
• No pets without prior approval.
• Please respect the space, equipment, furniture, props, and other creatives.
• The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Additional fees may apply for damaged furniture, equipment, props, cyc wall, or studio features.
• The studio is monitored by security cameras for safety and liability purposes.
